DECO and OPUS are collaborating on the South Banks collection near Lakeshore Road East and Hydro Road within the wider Lakeview Village waterfront plan. The joint project brings 2 to 4 bedroom townhomes with approximately 930 to 1,460 sq. ft. of above-grade living, two full bathrooms and underground parking. Release 2 pricing is scheduled for Tuesday, October 20, 2026, and completion is projected for 2029.
